The way the virus has been operating is a clear message to all of us that none of us is safe if our neighbor is not. Life has become hard for everybody and it is even harder for the poor, vulnerable and needy families in our communities who cannot afford to feed their families leave along adhering to the protective measures that Government has been put into place.

COVID-19 : Message of Good Wishes, Encouragement and Solidarity
In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, The Village Trust (TVT) is hereby sending a message of good wishes and solidarity to all her partners, donors, beneficiaries and indeed all stakeholders, whose normal way of lives has been affected by deadly Corona virus.
This global pandemic requires each one of us to be vigilant and to take action for our common survival. TVT has already taken measures to ensure that our staff and all those who use TVT resource centre are not exposed to unnecessary risks of contacting Corona virus..

School Feeding Programme
TVT CEO Doreen Kendi appealed to the alumni of various affected schools to come to the aid of the institutions to help the pupils go on with their studies. “As these pupils suffer due to drought, their counterparts in areas with plenty of food are still studying, yet they will sit the same examinations," she said.
